Clint DeBoer is the Editor-in-Chief for Audioholics and has been with them since 2002. Clint's career has covered nearly the entire realm of audio and video production. After graduating at the top of his class with an Associates Degree in Recording Engineering, Clint began working for Soundelux in 1994, one of the largest post-production companies specializing in audio for feature films & television. Working on a myriad of feature films, Clint developed and honed the skills necessary to discern great sound quality, and design great sound tracks as a dialogue editor, foley editor and sound designer. Years later, Clint moved into the expanding area of video editing, where he served as the company’s Senior AVID Video Editor for three years. Working for such clients as Universal Pictures, Hollywood Pictures, Paramount Home Entertainment, NASA, Universal Studios, Planet Hollywood, SEGA and others, Clint dealt extensively with matters of film & video editing, color correction, and digital video & MPEG compression.
As Associate Editor at Audioholics, Tom promises to the best of his ability to give each review the same amount of attention, consideration, and thoughtfulness as possible and keep his writings free from undue bias and preconceptions. Any indication, either internally or from another, that bias has entered into his review will be immediately investigated. Substantiation of mistakes or bias will be immediately corrected regardless of personal stake, feelings, or ego. Tom strives to hold himself to the highest personal and professional ethics.
